Copyright of all proof images, final images, draft designs, and intellectual property produced by EMJ Photography remains the property of EMJ Photography. Licence to use final images, only for the purposes specified, passes to the client when all accounts have been settled. Proofs may not be used, reproduced, printed in part or in full for any purpose other than the client’s viewing, unless otherwise agreed. Any unsuccessful proofs must be destroyed.
