Winners Ownership of Copyright

Copyright of all proof images, final images, draft designs, and intellectual property produced by the EMJ Photography remains the property of the EMJ Photography. License to use final images, only for the purposes specified, passes to the client when all accounts have been settled. Proofs may not be used, reproduced, printed in part or in full for any purpose other than the client’s viewing, unless otherwise agreed. Any unsuccessful proofs must be destroyed.
