He believes Rick Woodbury’s CC is the answer to congestion problems observing 90% of cars only had one person in them so why the need for such a wide car. The same width or less as  scooters and motorbikes can be achieved, but with the protection of a car. The CC is built around a racing car standard frame with 360 deg protection and despite its small size, will be the safest car on our roads.
