Winnie Lai Hadad, is a trusted advisor who offers clients her experience within resources, finance, transport and manufacturing industries.

She has expertise in change management, corporate governance and business process improvement and has been involved in listings on the Australian Securities Exchange, including companies involved in iron ore (magnetite and Direct Shipping Ore). Winnie has been involved with both investments into China and out‑bound investment from China.

Winnie is admitted to practice in Western Australia and is a professional interpreter for Mandarin and Cantonese, holding accreditation by the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and the National Accreditation Authority of Translators and Interpreters.
