About the Presenter Brenda Robbins, Barrister & Mediator
Brenda is an experienced litigator and generalist barrister and has developed a hybrid barrister/mediation practice as a nationally accredited mediator.
Brenda understands how frustrating taking matters to court can be for parties. After witnessing the benefits of mediation she believes it is a powerful tool in dispute resolution. It gives parties the autonomy to determine their own outcomes and minimises many of the downsides associated with disputes – reducing time, cost and stress.
In addition to her legal career Brenda has extensive experience as a CEO and Board Director in a diverse range of industry sectors. She brings her unique understanding of personal, practical, business and commercial issues to her approach as a mediator.
