About the presenter

Elena Lennox, founder of Courageous Women, She supports organisations to create a safety climate at work combining a mixture of coaching and training with a psychosocial safety audit. She is passionate about speaking out against coercive control, harassment and bullying and as a speaker, Mental Health First Aid and Working with Resilience trainer, she promotes the business case for creating a mentally healthy workplace. In her spare time, she’s a kayaking instructor and you’ll often find her taking people out on the Swan River.
