UNDERSTANDING CREDIT MANAGEMENT

Credit management is an uncomfortable but vital part of running a business. This  will be a “back to basics” look at credit management, identifying key elements in developing your credit policies, collection methods, telephone techniques, how to write a collection letter, credit applications, using debt agencies, privacy policy and your terms & conditions.  Accountant & Solicitor Paul McEvedy will assist you to understand this sometimes confusing and frustrating area of business.

Greg Smith from Sparke Helmore Solicitors will provide you with a better understanding of risk management.
